The Return to Glory

...

Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “My Lord has commanded uprightness and dedication ˹to Him alone˺ in worship, calling upon Him with sincere devotion. Just as He first brought you into being, you will be brought to life again.”

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, The Clear Quran

Say, [O Muḥammad], "My Lord has ordered justice and that you direct yourselves [to the Qiblah] at every place [or time] of prostration, and invoke Him, sincere to Him in religion." Just as He originated you, you will return [to life] -

— Saheeh International

Say: My Lord enjoineth justice. And set your faces upright (toward Him) at every place of worship and call upon Him, making religion pure for Him (only). As He brought you into being, so return ye (unto Him).

— M. Pickthall

Say: "My Lord hath commanded justice; and that ye set your whole selves (to Him) at every time and place of prayer, and call upon Him, making your devotion sincere as in His sight: such as He created you in the beginning, so shall ye return."

— A. Yusuf Ali

[Al-Quran, 7:29]

The triliteral root bā dāl hamza (ب د أ) occurs 15 times in the Quran. The verbs formed with this root mean to originate or to begin, indicating the original creation, the excellent form, the prototype created by Allah.

In Surah as-Sajdah, we read:

ٱلَّذِىٓ أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقَهُۥ ۖ وَبَدَأَ خَلْقَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنِ مِن طِينٍۢ ٧

Who has perfected everything He created. And He originated the creation of humankind from clay.

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, The Clear Quran

Who perfected everything which He created and began the creation of man from clay.

— Saheeh International

Who made all things good which He created, and He began the creation of man from clay;

— M. Pickthall

He Who has made everything which He has created most good: He began the creation of man with (nothing more than) clay,

— A. Yusuf Ali

[Al-Quran, 32:7]

The Quran informs us that Allah created everything, and He created everything good. The originals were perfectly created. It negates the concept of evolution. In fact, it informs us of the devolution of humans, and the devolution of the planet as a whole.

The Quran informs us that Allah has blessings which He bestows, upon whom He wills, to improve the condition, from good to better to best, as the Kingdom of the Skies and Earth is in His Hands. He created death and life in order to test which of you is better in deeds. Death is an absence of water welling up in cells of organisms, leading to their disintegration. Life is the thriving of organisms, with ample and appropriate amounts of water, being put to use for the benefit of the organism.

Everything that can be used for benefit, can also be misused.

Everyone whose condition can be improved, can also be worsened.

It states that The Hour will be established to reward each nafs for what it earns.

The Quran (2:35-36) informs us that when Adam disobeyed, and ate from the forbidden tree, they (he and his wife) slipped out of what they were in. The Quran (7:22-27) informs us that they lost their original clothing, put their nafs in darkness, tried to cover their wounds, and were banished from The Garden. The Bible informs us that Allah provided them garments of skin, and The Quran informs us that clothing was sent upon the Children of Adam to conceal their shame, and to beautify them.

The Quran (20:117-119) informs that in The Garden, there was plenty for them to neither go naked, nor hungry, nor thirsty, nor suffer hot temperatures.

The Garden was splendid, and so were Adam and his wife.

The Quran informs us that Allah has created humans from a single nafs (soul) and that He created the first nafs' mate from her self. That our mates are from our nafs (soul) is also an ayat (sign).

The Quran compares Jesus with Adam. Jesus was not the first human. There is good reason to believe that Adam was also not the first human.

The Bible informs us that Adam's wife was created from his rib. The Quran informs us that we have been created from dust, and uses the same root for the word for ribs, and for the wives of the people in The Gardens in the Hereafter, promised to those who believe and do acts of reform.

The Quran also warns us to not to corrupt the Earth after it has been reformed. It foretells climate change, and it foretells the release of criminals. It also foretells the darkness hypocrisy will bring. Rejection of foretold consequences will not change the future, rather there will come a day when the darkness of accumulated sins will envelop and blot out all Nur. The Quran explains that though Allah takes care of most things, but He does allow some of our corruptions to be manifested on land and sea to let us taste what our hands have sent forth. It also informs us of the rolling up and re-creation of the Sky (7:104). It also informs us that the gates in the sky will not be opened for the criminals till a 'jml' can pass through the eye of a needle. This probably indicates the devolution of species.

Q7:29 (quoted at the beginning of this post) informs us that as we were created originally, so will we be re-created.

The Quran (17:60, 37:62-73, 44:43-48) also warns us about the Tree of Zaqqum which will be a trial in the Hereafter for those who put their nafs in darkness. The criminals will eat from it, suffer the consequences, and will remain imprisoned in Hell, forever, unable to die. Those who reject 'Our Signs', every time their skins are roasted through, it will be replaced with fresh skin, so they will keep tasting the punishment (Q4:56).

The Quran informs us that those who believe and do acts of reform (personal and public) will be rewarded with inheritance of the Gardens in the Hereafter, which they will enter in their reformed state, as they were created originally. The life of the Hereafter is forever.

The Quran also mentions the people who will await the decision about their fate for a very long time, fearing the fires of Hell, and hoping for the gardens of the Hereafter. Eventually, they will be granted relief.

The Quran (11:106-108) informs us that the existence of the Hereafter is without death. It shall last as long as the skies and earth last, except as Allah wills, as He accomplishes whatever He plans to do.

Each nafs must die in this world. Adam was attempting immortality and a kingdom that never decays (eternal health) when he disobeyed. He was attempting to make changes in his nafs. We cannot improve upon our nafs. Disobedience and sin only bring darkness and cause harm. Only Allah can make the nafs grow and provide it with Nur (a special kind of light). We need our nafs reinstalled in our body, and it being in a state of Nur, being emitted from in-front and the right, for us to enter the Gardens of the Hereafter (Q57:12-14).

A satisfied nafs, pleased with her Lord, and her Lord pleased with her (Q89:27-30).

...

The word تَعُودُونَ means repeat or return.

For example, Eid is a festival that repeats annually:

5:114

Jesus, son of Mary, prayed, “O Allah, our Lord! Send us from heaven a table spread with food as a feast for us—the first and last of us—and as a sign from You. Provide for us! You are indeed the Best Provider.”

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, The Clear Quran

Said Jesus, the son of Mary, "O Allāh, our Lord, send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven to be for us a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, and You are the best of providers."

— Saheeh International

Jesus, son of Mary, said: O Allah, Lord of us! Send down for us a table spread with food from heaven, that it may be a feast for us, for the first of us and for the last of us, and a sign from Thee. Give us sustenance, for Thou art the Best of Sustainers.

— M. Pickthall

Said Jesus the son of Mary: "O Allah our Lord! Send us from heaven a table set (with viands), that there may be for us - for the first and the last of us - a solemn festival and a sign from thee; and provide for our sustenance, for thou art the best Sustainer (of our needs)."

— A. Yusuf Ali

[Al-Quran 5:114]

...

The struggle between Haqq and Baatil will culminate in the success of those who choose Haqq, who will consequently inherit the grand role that Adam and his progeny were created for. In truth will they serve their True Lord, Allah, The Omnipotent King of All the Worlds:

The Religion according to The Quran

The phrase [الدِّينُ الْقَيِّمُ] translated as ‘the correct religion’ is defined in The Quran at 9:36, 12:40, 30:30; informed about the consequences in 30:43; and  surmised in 98:5 as:

With the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

#1 Q9:36 Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve [lunar] months in the register of Allah [from] the day He created the heavens and the earth; of these, four are sacred. That is the correct religion, so do not wrong yourselves during them. And fight against the disbelievers collectively as they fight against you collectively. And know that Allah is with the righteous [who fear Him].

#2 Q12:40 You worship not besides Him except [mere] names you have named them, you and your fathers, for which Allah has sent down no authority. Legislation is not but for Allah. He has commanded that you worship not except Him. That is the correct religion, but most of the people do not know.

#3 Q30:30 So direct your face toward the religion, inclining to truth. [Adhere to] the fitrah of Allah upon which He has created [all] people. No change should there be in the creation of Allah. That is the correct religion, but most of the people do not know.

Q30:43 So direct your face toward the correct religion before a Day comes from Allah of which there is no repelling. That Day, they will be divided.

Q98:5 And they were not commanded except to worship Allah , [being] sincere to Him in religion, inclining to truth, and to establish prayer and to give zakah. And that is the correct religion

The Living Matrix

Explaining the concept of the Living Matrix and why Creation must not be tinkered with, in response to an objection to concepts used to understand Virgin Birth and a related discussion about the return of Jesus:
SA wrote: Adam elahy salaam and his wife were born without any living matrix or water memory. Would you make them come back twice then?
alQuraan does not mention any return of anyone at all. Death is a point of no return and nobody can evade it. Stop wasting time in mythology and start following alQuraan.

My response:
Do not see those who disbelieved that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, then We parted them and We made from [the] water every living thing? Then will not they believe?

All living things are made from water. Every living thing is a living matrix! To get an idea of the living matrix concept, please search online or read page 8 onwards of this rather simple article:  http://www.energeticfitness.com/Support%20Files/Some%20Biophysical%20Bases%20for%20the%20Human%20Energy%20System.pdf

It is important to realise the wondrous nature of creation and to understand that tinkering with the software of creation can only corrupt it. We are in an age where advances in genetic engineering are bringing us a variety of treatment options. It is one thing to interact with the software as an end-user, like you use your computer, and its entirely another thing to make changes in the source code. Changes in the source code can either improve it or corrupt it. As Allah has created the software of life, any changes in the source code can only corrupt it! Hence the directive in Q30:30 and again in Q30:43
So set your face to the religion upright. Nature (made by) Allah (upon) which He has created mankind [on it]. No change (should there be) in the creation (of) Allah. That (is) the religion the correct, but most men (do) not know.

So set your face to the religion right, before [that] comes a Day not (can be) averted [it] from Allah. That Day, they will be divided.

The Quran is a living document, seriously relevant to our time! We need to heed to the guidance lest we inflict 'zulm' upon ourselves. The narrations of warnings given to people long ago are relevant to us again. We need to understand each and every warning, so that we are guided aright!

WHAT to call LIFE?

JM asked: ... do you have a distinction WHAT to call LIFE?
What life? human only, or "ANY"? including plant, microbial, inorganic, etc.?
Do the diverse kinds of such diversified life-listings have different Gods?
Do a rose struggle to get into the ROSE-HEAVEN? (or into the same, where we may prefer to spend eternity?) ...

Answer:
The following verses address some of your questions:

Present Creation
Do not see those who disbelieved that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, then We parted them and We made from [the] water every living thing? Then will not they believe?

And present to them the example (of) the life (of) the world, like water which We send down from the sky, then mingles with it (the) vegetation (of) the earth then becomes dry stalks, it (is) scattered (by) the winds. And Allah over every thing (is) All Able.

And not [of] any animal in the earth and not a bird (that) flies with its wings - but (are) communities like you. We have not neglected in the Book [of] anything, then to their Lord they will be gathered.

Glory be (to) the One Who created (in) pairs all of what grows the earth and of themselves, and of what not they know.

Creation in the Hereafter
Regarding the details of the wonderful life promised in the Gardens of Eden, they are intended as a delightful surprise:
And not knows a soul what is hidden for them of (the) comfort (for) the eyes (as) a reward for what they used (to) do.

The Quran does list some of the characteristics of the Gardens promised for the Hereafter. What strikes me is that the characteristics listed are generally those which scientists theorise as primary conditions essential for life, as well as those to not to age or decay. I've listed some verses at:
On the contrary, Immortality is also promised in Hell, but everything there will be in a state of decay, and thus great suffering will be the fate of those who must dwell there. The following are some aspects of that which I've tried to understand:

One and Only God
And they make with Allah partners - jinn though He has created them, and they falsely attribute to Him sons and daughters without knowledge. Glorified is He and Exalted above what they attribute. Originator (of) the heavens and the earth. How can be for Him a son while not (there) is for Him a companion, and He created every thing? And He (is) of every thing All-Knower. That (is) Allah your Lord, (there is) no god except Him, (the) Creator (of) every thing, so worship Him. And He (is) on every thing a Guardian.

Quran Chapter 27, verses 60-66 question thus:
1 Ta, Seen. These are the verses of the Qur'an and a clear Book
...
60 [More precisely], is He [not best] who created the heavens and the earth and sent down for you rain from the sky, causing to grow thereby gardens of joyful beauty which you could not [otherwise] have grown the trees thereof? Is there a deity with Allah? [No], but they are a people who ascribe equals [to Him].
61 Is He [not best] who made the earth a stable ground and placed within it rivers and made for it firmly set mountains and placed between the two seas a barrier? Is there a deity with Allah? [No], but most of them do not know.
62 Is He [not best] who responds to the desperate one when he calls upon Him and removes evil and makes you inheritors of the earth? Is there a deity with Allah? Little do you remember.
63 Is He [not best] who guides you through the darknesses of the land and sea and who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy? Is there a deity with Allah? High is Allah above whatever they associate with Him.
64 Is He [not best] who begins creation and then repeats it and who provides for you from the heaven and earth? Is there a deity with Allah? Say, "Produce your proof, if you should be truthful."
65 Say, "None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allah, and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected."
66 Rather, their knowledge is arrested concerning the Hereafter. Rather, they are in doubt about it. Rather, they are, concerning it, blind.
...
92 And to recite the Qur'an." And whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] himself; and whoever strays - say, "I am only [one] of the warners."
93 And say, "[All] praise is [due] to Allah. He will show you His signs, and you will recognize them. And your Lord is not unaware of what you do."

Shiftng Pronouns in the Quran

MSA asked:
"[Al-Qur’an Chapter 57:3-5, Translator: Yusuf Ali] He is the First and the Last, the Evident and the Immanent: and He has full knowledge of all things. He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in Six Days, and is moreover firmly established on the Throne (of Authority). He knows what enters within the earth and what comes forth out of it, what comes down from heaven and what mounts up to it. And He is with you wheresoever ye may be. And God sees well all that ye do. To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: and all affairs are referred back to God."
Can you please explain why Allah in the above verse spoke in the third person (He), then in the first (God) person, and then reverted Himself to the third person?
What was the rationale for it, or was there a specific reason for Allah to change His language? Thanks.

Answer: [Quran 40:1-3, translator: Yusuf Ali] Ha Mim The revelation of this Book is from Allah, Exalted in Power, Full of Knowledge,- Who forgiveth sin, accepteth repentance, is strict in punishment, and hath a long reach (in all things). there is no god but He: to Him is the final goal. [http://searchtruth.com/chapter_display.php?chapter=40&translator=2

Yes, there is indeed a specific reason and rationale behind each and every word used in the Quran, and each word, its meaning and its tense merits our serious attention and study.

The Quran introduces Allah also as:

[Quran 2:255, translator: Yusuf Ali] God! There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).

[Quran 24:35, translator: Yusuf Ali] God is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The Parable of His Light is as if there were a Niche and within it a Lamp: the Lamp enclosed in Glass: the glass as it were a brilliant star: Lit from a blessed Tree, an Olive, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil is well-nigh luminous, though fire scarce touched it: Light upon Light! God doth guide whom He will to His Light: God doth set forth Parables for men: and God doth know all things.

The Quran uses various words to inform us that it is Allah who has conceived, designed, originated, created and increases in creation, governs, sustains, and the Kingdom of the heavens and earth belongs to Him. Therefore, Allah is the only Deity (ilah) and He alone is worthy of worship. Everything else is created, and no matter how great a task any created being may be entrusted with, everyone and everything, except Allah, is created and is serving Allah.
2:117 informs us that Allah is
7:54 informs us that اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ
35:1 informs us that الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ

If we look at the usage of these words across the Quran, we find that 'badee' and 'fatara' are used exclusively as the acts of Allah, while 'khalaqa' is used for Allah and other beings. I think 'badee' and 'fatara' refer to creation of something from nothing, the original design and bringing into existence for the first time.

Quran search results:

Moreover, wherever the act of creation is referred to using the root letters [kha-lam-qaf], it seems to imply creating something from something: humans are created from 'teen', jinns are created from 'naar', and probably [kha-lam-qaf] implies creation after a set pattern. Even where Jesus' miraculous ability to create a bird from 'teen' is mentioned, the root [kha-lam-qaf] is used, and it is clearly mentioned that Jesus was able to do so by Allah's permission.

I understand that in the grand governance of the heavens and earth, Allah has created some beings with mighty powers and entrusted some of the task of creation [kha-lam-qaf] to them. It seems that they are also entrusted with preparing the scriptures. The acts of creation and the preparation and revelation of the scriptures are all done under the instruction, guidance, supervision and control of Allah. Creation belongs to Allah and the scriptures are from Allah for our guidance. Quran 2:252 states: These (are the) Verses (of) Allah, We recite them to you in [the] truth. And indeed, you (are) surely of the Messengers.

However, that does not make these beings God, nor do they ask to be taken as 'ilah' instead of Allah. Rather, they reiterate across the Quran that there is only one God (ilah). They do not make themselves known to us by their names or forms. As for polytheism, it is stated very clearly in the Quran that those who the polytheists take as their gods are nothing but dJinns, and that the dJinns are not the creators, nor do they have any such power or ability to make them worthy of any deification, worship or obedience. In fact, in the story of Adam, whom Allah created Himself, the Quran is very clear that Adam was honoured because of the knowledge that Allah endowed him with, and those with lesser knowledge were asked to submit/prostrate to Adam. When Iblis was questioned why he didn't obey God, Allah is quoted thus: He said, "O Iblis! What prevented you that you (should) prostrate to (one) whom I created with My Hands? Are you arrogant or are you of the exalted ones." [http://islamawakened.com/quran/38/75/

Surah Al Jinn (Quran 72) is very clear about the condition of the dJinns, how the secrets of the heavens are protected and they prevented from it, and that whenever Allah sends any message through a chosen messenger, Allah ensures that the messenger and the message are well-guarded, protected, brought and delivered.

Creation of Adam

In the Holy Quran, regarding the creation of Adam, Allah tells us that:
30 And when thy Lord said unto the angels: Lo! I am about to place a viceroy in the earth, they said: Wilt thou place therein one who will do harm therein and will shed blood, while we, we hymn Thy praise and sanctify Thee? He said: Surely I know that which ye know not.
31 And He taught Adam all the names, then showed them to the angels, saying: Inform Me of the names of these, if ye are truthful.
32 They said: Be glorified! We have no knowledge saving that which Thou hast taught us. Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Knower, the Wise.
33 He said: O Adam! Inform them of their names, and when he had informed them of their names, He said: Did I not tell you that I know the secret of the heavens and the earth? And I know that which ye disclose and which ye hide.
34 And when We said unto the angels: Prostrate yourselves before Adam, they fell prostrate, all save Iblis. He demurred through pride, and so became a disbeliever.
35 And We said: O Adam! Dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden, and eat ye freely (of the fruits) thereof where ye will; but come not nigh this tree lest ye become wrong-doers.
36 But Satan caused them to deflect therefrom and expelled them from the (happy) state in which they were; and We said: Fall down, one of you a foe unto the other! There shall be for you on earth a habitation and provision for a time.
37 Then Adam received from his Lord words (of revelation), and He relented toward him. Lo! He is the relenting, the Merciful.
38 We said: Go down, all of you, from hence; but verily there cometh unto you from Me a guidance; and whoso followeth My guidance, there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve.
39 But they who disbelieve, and deny Our revelations, such are rightful Peoples of the Fire. They will abide therein.

Notice that the angels already had an idea of what man was capable of, that is, fighting, shedding blood.

Title :Holy Torah, Holy Quran, Adam - Conclusive verses

With the name of Allah, The Compassionate, The Merciful. If Allah wills. What Allah wills. Peace be upon all the Holy Prophets.
Holy Torah, Holy Quran, Adam - Conclusive verses Adam, not first man, but, last man made directly from clay
There is not a single verse in the Holy Quran which says that Adam was the first man. It is because he was given the name Adam and made from clay without the involvement of father and mother, so somebody thought that he was the first man. This wrong concept is spread throughout the world, and all the three Jews, Christians, and Muslims have the same faith that Adam was the first man made out of clay/soil. The truth is that Adam was not the first man but the last man made out of clay.
From the Torah Allah proved through me that Adam was not the first man(The name of the article is, "Why I love the Holy Bible?"). The point is so conclusive that I announce a sweet and loving gift of Rs. 3 million to any Muslim, Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist or Parsi, etc who can prove me wrong in any High court or Supreme court of the world.
Now, Allah has given me the following conclusive verses from the Holy Quran also proving that Adam was not the first man. Please see the following two verses: Chapter 15 Verse no. 26: "We have created human being (Nas), from ringing clay of loam moulded" Chapter 15 Verse no. 28: "And recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: Verily, I am about to create a man (Bashr viz, Adam) from ringing clay of loam moulded"
Observation In verse 26, Allah says "We" and in verse 28, Allah says "I". "We," is used when Allah has engaged His angels and other beings in the job. "I" is used when Allah speaks only of Himself
In the Torah also, speaking about human beings before Adam, God uses the word "We," and says, "Now, We will make human beings" (Genesis 1, verse 26) Again, in the Torah, speaking about creation of Adam, not "We," but "He" (equivalent of "I") is used. "Then the Lord God took some soil from the ground and formed a man out of it;he breathed life-giving breath into his nostrils and the man began to live." (Genesis 2, verse 7)
Insaan In the verse 26, above, Allah through His angels, etc, created human beings (Insaan) from clay.
Bashr In the verse 28, above, Allah created with both His hands directly Bashr (namely, Adam). In chapter 38, verse 75, Allah said "O, Iblis! What prevented thee from prostrating thyself before that which I had created with both My hands?"
Observation So the creation of "Insaan" in verse 26 is different from the creation of "Bashr" in verse 28. "Insaan" was created indirectly by God. Adam was created directly by God. "Insaan" (human beings) were existing when Adam was created. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter 3 Verse 59: "Verily the likeness of Isa, with Allah is as the likeness of Adam; him He created out of dust, thereafter He said unto him: Be, and lo!he becometh"
Observation Just as Isa was created away from the normal process when other human beings were being born, so Adam was created away from the normal process when other human beings were being born. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter 3, verse 34: "Allah chose Adam, and Nuh, and the house of Ibrahim, and the house of Imran out of the worlds"
Observation Adam was chosen out of the worlds. So, Adam was never alone in the world. He was alone with his wife only in the Garden. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter 38 verse 26: "O, Daud! Verily We have appointed thee a vicegerent (Khalifa) in the Earth, so judge between mankind with truth"
Chapter 2 Verse 30: "And what time thine Lord said unto the angels: Verily I am going to place a vicegerent (Khalifa, viz Adam) on the Earth"
Observation From verse 38/26, the one job of Daud as the Khalifa was to judge between mankind with truth. So, Adam as Khalifa was also supposed to judge between mankind with truth. If there were no mankind on Earth, how could Adam act as the Khalifa? Therefore, there were men existing when Adam was sent as the Khalifa. So, Adam was not the first man. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Title :Has there not been over man a period of time when he was nothing to be mentioned

Has there not been over man a period of time when he was nothing to be mentioned
On 25th Dec. 2006 I wrote an article "Why I Love The Holy Bible" in which with the help of Torah it was proved (like 1 plus 1 is equal to 2) that Hazrat Adam (ph) was not the first human being and Eve was not the first woman.
Conclusive Proof from Holy Quran
By the Grace of ALLAH on 11-2-2007 Sunday I got the conclusive proof from the Holy Quran ALSO that human beings existed before Hazrat Adam (ph)
And surely We created you (PLURAL) and then gave you (PLURAL) shape, THEN We told the angels , "Prostrate to Adam".......... (Surah 7 Al-Araf verse 11)
The verse clearly says that PLURAL numbers of human beings were created first and after creating them the angels were told to prostrate to Adam.
I was so happy on discovering it that I simply could not be more happy.
The people created before Hazrat Adam (ph) were not worth to be mentioned, therefore no name has been mentioned. Please read the following verse in light of Sura 7 verse 11 mentioned above:-
"Has there not been over man a period of time when he was nothing to be mentioned" (Sura Ad-Dahr 76 verse 1)
The verse 76:1 has been shown by my friends Ali Raza Jaffery and Hanif Motiwala. I am grateful to them.

The very obvious stupidity contained in every belief system

Question: A thinker wrote:
The very obvious stupidity contained in every belief system is the result of accepting as true the statements of others without checking against personal experience. This is made even worse by the mental laziness that people use in order to take short cuts. All the different classes of belief do the same thing and consequently the world is in a mess caused by lazy, expediency focused thinking.

Answer: Very true about most denizens of planet Earth. The very first, most important thing to do is to observe with all our senses, and use our intellect to determine whether or not this Universe / Multiverse came about itself, or if there is an/are multiple intelligent designs behind it. If there is/are, then what is more plausible: one intelligent creator or multiple creators?? If authority can reside with only One person, then who is this person and how do we find this Creator/ how do we revere and worship/ and is that the purpose of our creation/ what is life, and is there or not a life beyond this Earth/ and if so, will there be a reckoning??? Is there a message that this God has sent, how do we know which is the true message when there are so many multiple faith systems, so many religions, so many claims????? My personal method is to evaluate all Holy Books for accuracy/ truth/ consistency/ evaluation of scientific data/ mathematical data/ moral code/ fairness and justice, and only one Book has met all of these parameters…. The Holy Quran….. so, I believe that it is the Word of God. Since God himself says in the Holy Quran that He is Allah, that Muhammad is His messenger, and that the Quran is a Book without doubt; a Guidance for the Muttaqeen (those who are aware of Allah all the time; love him for his Love for us, and fear Him as He is the only one to be feared; and as the Day of Reckoning will definitely come). May the true God guide us all.

Everything created from Nothing?

Question: What is everything created from........ nothing?

Answer: I think it is possible that God created everything out of nothing. After all, where there is matter, scientists have also discovered anti-matter, so that essentially the sum of all is nothing. Furthermore, I think Mr S is making quite a point when he compares our universe to a virtual reality, and how beings within it perceive themselves, and acknowledge the Creator or not.
And then, the very word Creator and Creation implies that something was made, and if everything was created, then what was it created from???? Nothing, or so I assume.

As I believe the Quran to be the word of Allah, the creator of everything, I would like to share what Allah says:

About Himself:
112 Pure FaithAl-Ikhlas: Makki________________________________________
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful.
1. SAY: "HE IS God the one the most unique,
2. God the immanently indispensable.
3. He has begotten no one, and is begotten of none.
4. There is no one comparable to Him."

About Creation:
6 The Cattle Al-An'am: Makki________________________________________
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful.
1. ALL PRAISE BE to God who created the heavens and the earth, and ordained darkness and light. Yet the unbelievers make the others equal of their Lord.
2. It is He who created you from clay then determined a term (of life) for you, and a term (is fixed) with Him. Even then you doubt.

Purpose of Creation:
21 The Prophets Al-Anbiya': Makki________________________________________
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful.
16. We have not created the heavens and the earth, and all that lies between them, out of fun.

24 The Light An-Nur: Madani________________________________________
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful.
45. God created every moving thing from water: One crawls on its belly, one walks on two legs, another moves on four. God creates whatsoever He will. Indeed God has power over everything.

28 The History Al-Qasas: Makki________________________________________
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful.
68. Your Lord creates what He wills and chooses. The good is not for them to choose. Too holy and high is God for what they associate with Him.

39 The Small Groups Az-Zumar: Makki________________________________________
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful.
5. He has created the heavens and the earth with precision. He folds the day up over the night, and folds the night up over the day. He has subjugated the sun and moon, (so that) each runs its appointed course. Is He not all-mighty and forgiving?

44 Smoke Ad-Dukhan: Makki________________________________________
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful.
38. We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, out of play. 39. We created them with definite purpose; but most of them do not understand.
40. The Day of Judgement is your promised day of meeting,

46 Al-Ahqaf Al-Ahqaf: Makki________________________________________
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful.
33. Do they not realise that God who created the heavens and the earth, and did not tire creating them, is able to bring the dead to life? And why not? He has the power over everything.

Man: Central to creation or not

Question: Blame it to 'mullahs' but thats is the understanding of majority of muslims in Pakistan that God created Adam from scratch (for lack of any better word) when He created the earth.

Answer: From what I have understood till now, the Heavens and Earth were already created when Allah decided to appoint Adam as a vice-regent(khalifa). The angels and jinns already existed, and if I’m not mistaken, also humans. Whether they were accountable beings or not, I do not know, but I do know that Allah created Adam as a vice-regent/messenger and sent him and his wife to this world…… they had a brief stopover in ‘jannat’………. Why the itinerary was so, I do not know, and I should not speculate. After all, Allah does say that ‘"Has there not been over man a period of time when he was nothing to be mentioned" (Sura Ad-Dahr 76 verse 1) I take it to refer to humans pre-dating Adam. Also, Adam does not necessarily have to be first human, as while explaining the miraculous conception and birth of Jesus, Allah says, Chapter 3 Verse 59: "Verily the likeness of Isa, with Allah is as the likeness of Adam; him He created out of dust, thereafter He said unto him: Be, and lo! he becometh" Thus, I see no reason to insist on Adam being the first person when Allah Himself nowhere says that he was the first, or that the Earth and Heavens were created for man. Rather, Allah is repeatedly pointing out the false belief of people as to how humans are deluded into thinking that it is impossible for Allah to resurrect us after death. Say, "He will give them life Who created them for the first time! for He is Well-versed in every kind of creation!- (Chapter #36, Verse #79)
Also, contemplate on this verse: Assuredly the creation of the heavens and the earth is a greater (matter) than the creation of men: Yet most men understand not. (Chapter #40, Verse #57)Humans are not central to creation for whom everything else has been created: We have honoured the sons of Adam; provided them with transport on land and sea; given them for sustenance things good and pure; and conferred on them special favours, above a great part of our creation. (Chapter #17, Verse #70). We are blessed in many ways but ‘above a great part’ not above everything! I do not think the Universe has been created for us, rather we have been allowed to use and benefit from it. Our deeds and actions are for our own benefit or otherwise, as we are but an insignificant part of the Creation.
